Through our experiential Vision seminar, the participant will experience themselves through large and small group interaction, one-on-one process, visualization techniques, and facilitator-driven lectures. They will get a conscious understanding of their beliefs and perceptions, both working and non-working, which influence your life. After successful completion of this seminar, the participant will have the following life tools.

1. Gain a clear sense of purpose and direction in order to influence the quality of life.
2. Learn to interrupt unconscious mental and emotional cycles, which tend to sabotage results.
3. Initiate a greater level of clarity about what drives your decision-making process.
4. Experience renewed levels of energy in both your personal and professional endeavors.
5. Learn to use feedback as a creative mechanism for producing results and getting through to others.

All MindMaps Education Systems (MMES), seminars are staffed with highly trained facilitators, certified life coaches and counselors. Dietitians, nurses and personal trainers are also available within MMES. We provide a team approach to managing obesity and a team of experts that’s essential for maximum success.

The Vision experiential seminar is designed for anyone struggling with weight loss including anyone who is thinking about or has had bariatric (Lap Band®, Gastric Bypass, Gastric Sleeve, etc.) surgery.

Bariatrics 202 - Exploration (4-day)

After participating in the Vision seminar, our Exploration seminar allows participants to explore within themselves how non-working behaviors sabotage their weight loss efforts and how they can achieve positive change for success in their lives. Our Exploration seminar requires 4 days to completely process personal development. A trained facilitator will lead exercises for participants to experience how they are creating crisis or unwanted life occurrences. And, Exploration is most beneficial in helping participants create what they want in life by creating personal accountability and responsibility in everyday life.

Why 4 days? Today’s society is too fast-paced to allow time for effective self-reflection. This process is designed to allow time for participants to take a close look at what choices they are making based on their own beliefs. During this process, participants can make new choices and practice how they wish to show up in life. Our journey of life is often automatic for many and this deeper Exploration of ones self can create a dramatic shift in one’s life.

The Quest course is designed for anyone who has completed Vision and Exploration experiential seminars.
