All CORE Graduates are eligible to participate in another 12-Week CORE Program at any time. Participation in additional CORE programs is referred to as your AFTER CORE Program. The AFTER CORE Program participants are continuing their weekly journey until they reach their goal weight and/or feel confident in achieving their weight results. For best results and to keep your success moving forward, enroll immediately by your 12th Week of CORE. A discounted rate applies for your AFTER CORE Program that includes an auditing of the 12 sessions, an updated manual and the opportunity to wear the armband/display watch at a reduced rate.
Within my 2 CORE programs, I have experienced true will power, a positive mindset, new friendships, and unbelieveable energy. All of this has helped me lose 20 pounds (2 pounds away from my ulitmate goal weight). The key to this program for me is the group and phone support.

2010 and here I was a very embarrassed "Fat Dietitian" who had the training but no follow through practices for my necessary weight management. I joined the 1st 12 Week CORE Weight Management Program and started walking and tracking my food choices with my new GoWear FIT by Body Media. During my 2nd 12 Week CORE Program (known as the AFTER CORE Program), I began to reestablish my sense of direction for a healthier life style to include a daily walking routine, strength training program and a sensible eating pattern through attending the CORE Weight Management classes.
